Rene Lalique was a true lover of the beauty of the female form.  His use of the female figure was first applied in his jewelry creation.  When Rene Lalique began working in Cire Perdue his use of the female form went to a whole new level.  Rene Lalique created a number of statues in glass, the most recognizable ones being Grand Nue, Suzzane and Thais as well as a number of others including his later design of car mascots and the 4 season’s statues.  Beautiful to look at, highly collectible and a must for most collections.
